International projects: The "Green Wave" in Malmö, Sweden

Perfectly embedded in the hilly landscape, our "Green Wave" in Krocksbäcksparken in Malmö, Sweden fits very harmoniously within this particular place. Constructed according to the designs of the Swedish landscape architect Anders Dahlbäck, the two-part playground takes the form of a curved climbing landscape in the upper part of the site, while a wave-shaped hillside slide is located some distance beneath it.

The Corocord engineers incorporated our well-proven Large Area Nets into the design of the climbing area. The rope areas are not stretched between tubular steel posts as it is normally the case, but rather are attached to the grass-green painted lateral climbing panels. The wave-shaped climbing nets are just as suitable for playing, climbing and balancing as they are for lying or sitting down to relax.

The hillside slide was designed with the same shape theme and is just the thing for wild and daring kids. Once they get the hang of it, the fun is far from over, since they are prone to have endless fun running up and starting all over again.
