Corocord Rope Parkour receives seal of quality
19.10.2009 - COROCORD Raumnetz GmbH is delighted that its rope play equipment Rope Parkour has been awarded the seal of approval “particularly conducive to development”. The seal is awarded annually by the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft für Haltungs- und Bewegungsförderung e. V. (Federal Institute for Posture and Mobilisation Support) in collaboration with the “active schools” project in Lower Saxony. more »

Vandalism pointless: Rope play equipment can be played on again after vandalism attack
11.06.2009 - For the Regional Garden Show in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, the Spacenet Inventors at Corocord designed an impressive piece of rope play equipment in 1987/88: the Super Three Mast Spacenet Combination. The climbing net with its high masts of up to 12 metres is an attraction for young and old at the extensive garden show site, now called 'Flora Westfalica'. more »
Seilakademie meets in Schwerin Castle at the BUGA 2009

EN 1176:2008 comes into effect
15.04.2009 - The revised version of the standard for playground equipment and surfacing has come into force and replaces the 2003 version with immediate effect. Alongside numerous changes to the old parts of the standard, a new section has been added which is concerned exclusively with spacenets: "Part 11: Additional specific safety requirements and test procedures for spacenets." The good news for all users: The new test procedure confirms the safety standards developed by Corocord in all respects. more »
